Dinner

Our à la carte menu is inspired by the nordic cuisine and made by fresh, local ingredients delivered by farms close to the hotel. With our modern interpretation we intend to shape a unique cuisine at Miklagard.

Our menu will be built around local ingredients from farms near by and will be served with passion for honest food. We use local vegetables and herbs from our local community, in accordance with our hotel’s commitment to sustainability.

Lunch

We offer a seasonal lunch menu with local ingredients in our restaurant, with a menu consisting of part à la carte, as well as simple dishes and complex suggestions for exciting meals.

Residents and visiting guests are most welcome for lunch at Miklagard. At weekends, we will have an extended menu more suited to a longer meal, allowing you and your friends to enjoy a special occasion.

Breakfast

At our rich and varied breakfast buffet, guests will find a large selection of nutritious and tasty dishes.

We aim to inspire a well-balanced start to the day with smoothies, fruit, vegetables, cereals, dairy and meat products. We will serve freshly baked loaves where the scent infuses the restaurant with the irresistible atmosphere of a tasteful breakfast.

Out of doors dining

Outdoor dining is a natural extension of our restaurant at Miklagard, with the same standard of dining as we offer indoors.

In addition to the usual outdoor seating, we are happy to arrange tailor-made occasions for groups who want that extra special treatment, allowing our guests to enjoy unique cookery. Our specialities include spit-roasted, grilled meats and fish created and served in front of our guests. Garnishes and side-dishes served in bowls together with freshly baked thin-bread baked on a griddle and served in baskets that guests pass around the table, making the food a natural topic of conversation during the meal.
