Nothing is left to chance when participants in small and large events gather to enjoy a meal. Exciting and varied food and drink are always included.
Lunch
The starter, bread, dip and side dishes will already be served when guests arrive for lunch. During the meal, we will continuously supplement with hot and cold dishes.
In our restaurant we will offer a seasonal lunch menu with ingredients from local suppliers. Our menu will consist of an ala carte menu, as well as tasty dishes presented in a delicate lunch buffet. Both resident guests and visiting guests are welcome to enjoy the lunch at Miklagard resort. During weekends we will offer an extended menu to be enjoyed with friends to make the day extra special.
Snacks for breaks
The break food offer will be fresh and homemade — perfect for nutritious snacks and keeping energy levels high.
Guests will be able to choose from a wide selection of homemade lemonades and fruit and berry juices as an alternative to mineral water. As snacks along the way, we will offer everything from home-smoked almonds and popped buckwheat kernels.
Dinner & banquet
During the dinner, our guests will enjoy a natural continuation of our common theme with ingredients from local suppliers. The menu at the dinner will be built around the season’s main ingredient and flavours that complement it. It will create a different and more distinct dining experience than the diversity of flavours that set the tone for lunch.
This also applies to the way the food is prepared, with chefs slicing and finishing the food among the guests.
In addition to the traditional beverage options, we will offer a wine list with input from natural wines and producers . The selection of non-alcoholic alternatives is varied and rich in content, and a natural part of the total offer.
Room service
We offer room service breakfast to all our guests. Choose from three different breakfast menus located in the room along with the restaurant menu. The choice is yours, and you can also order different types of coffee, tea and juice. Deliver the order the night before or call the restaurant, and then the cart and dish are ready outside the door at the agreed time the next morning.
